My name is Will. I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 6 years now but have long been interested in strength training and nutrition.
Working out of a private personal training studio on Wanstead High Street (just down the road from Aldersbrook/snaresbrook/south Woodford etc) I offer a blend of both strength and conditioning training. Every program I write is bespoke to the individual, reflecting their own unique abilities and goals while also taking into account any injuries, mobility issues or pain that they may have.
As well as this I understand that having a personal trainer isn’t just about having someone putting you through a tough workout: it’s about doing it alongside someone you trust, get along with and ultimately can have a laugh with. I enjoy establishing these kinds of relationships and they ultimately lead to better results!

It is a common misconception that to lose weight all you need to do is stick to a diet plan. But everyone knows that diets inevitably fail. What people actually need is to focus in on the way they think and behave in relation to food. Why is it that you eat those foods? Why is it that you eat that much? Why is it that you always wind up putting back on all that weight you worked so hard to lose? Why can’t you just stick to a diet plan?
Having completed my certification in nutrition coaching I am equipped with the sorts of tools you need in a coach to help you navigate these difficult questions and to set you on the way to lasting change.
